Let me be

In my thoughts,

I am not your son,
I am not your friend,
I am not your cousin,
Let me be

I am not your brother,
I am not an acquaintance,
I am not your colleague,
Let me be

I am not your schoolmate,
I am not a paining jerk,
I am not afraid,

Let me be Me.

on Blogging

Scary.Very thought of it is scary.I have never bought myself to start blogging until now.Hopefully it continues.Blogging is a trend nowadays and am latching onto it, but the thought still scares me.Blogs , where one can be the true person he/she really is.

Venturing into the realm of one's innermost thoughts and publishing it onto the world , where it can be read by your friends or by some freak,is what it is.It gives an insight into the hidden person that you really are.

I have read all kinds of blogs, like a person's day-to-day mundane existence, freak's blogs, technical blogs etc., but they donot attract me for a simple reason that they have missed a chance to express their true persona.

Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors donot concern me.Language is to communicate , as long I am able to do that even with errors and wrong usage it is fine, and moreover these are my thoughts and a blog just lets me to vent them.

The Cruel Tutelage of my Professor

The Cruel Tutelage of my professor

The Professor's talisman

1.Today I will create a crisis situation so I can feel really alive.

2.Today I will work to lower my students' self-esteem.

3.I will laugh at a student today.

4.Today I will deliver my lecture starting from the end and working my way to the beginning

5.There are no stupid questions. There are only stupid students.

6.Today I will spend class reading my latest article outloud, including tables and references

7.Today I will answer each of my students' questions with a more difficult question.

8.I will quiz my students exclusively on the footnotes in the text-books

9.Today I will take credit for a students' work.

10.Never forgive. Never forgive. Never forgive. Repeat.

11.Student is the Enemy.Student is the Enemy...

12.Ignore me at your peril.
